THE LAST WATCH — COMMERCIAL STREAMING-USE LICENSE

By using this kit you accept the terms below. Drakesigil Studios grants the lawful
recipient a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use and modify the supplied
assets for one individual creator, one organization/brand, or one named broadcast
team of up to four members. No additional royalties or attribution are required.

PERMITTED
- Use the kit on channels controlled by that creator, organization or team.
- Stream commercially, including subscriptions, donations, advertisements, affiliate
  links, sponsorships, paid events and monetized videos.
- Include the assets in livestreams, recordings, VODs, clips, thumbnails, channel
  graphics, announcements and promotion of your own broadcasts.
- Edit colors, type, layout, names, code and artwork for those productions.
- Allow contractors and up to four team members to access working files solely
  for that licensed team's productions. Require them to observe these terms.
- Keep published recordings and clips online after you stop using the kit.

NOT PERMITTED
- Resell, sublicense, give away, publicly upload or redistribute the kit or its
  source files, whether unchanged or modified, as standalone assets or templates.
- Sell or distribute a competing overlay pack, stock-art pack, template, theme,
  merchandise design pack, NFT collection or asset library made from these files.
- Share the full kit with unrelated creators or use one purchase to supply multiple
  unrelated clients. Each client, brand or separate team needs its own license.
- Claim to have created the unmodified kit, use Drakesigil Studios' name or sigil as
  your own trademark, or imply endorsement by Drakesigil Studios.

OWNERSHIP AND SCOPE
You keep the rights to your own broadcast content. This license grants use of the
kit; it does not transfer ownership of Drakesigil Studios' brand or the underlying
assets. Original vector layouts, source code and design elements are supplied
under this license. Three environment illustrations are AI-generated raster art.
Rights in those illustrations are licensed to the extent held by the licensor;
no exclusivity or guaranteed copyright protection is promised for generated art.
Third-party games, music, trademarks, services, fonts and capture content are not
included or licensed. No external font binaries are bundled.

TECHNICAL AND GENERAL TERMS
The kit is supplied as-is, without a promise of compatibility with every future
OBS, browser or operating-system version. You may make backups for your own use.
No remote support, hosted widgets, service integrations, sound effects or future
updates are included unless separately agreed.
If you materially breach this license and do not remedy the breach after notice,
your permission to make new uses ends. Lawful recordings already published may
remain online. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

A purchaser is not required to credit Drakesigil Studios. Optional credit:
“Overlay: The Last Watch by Drakesigil Studios.”
