Drakesigil Studios sells this merchandise; Printful makes and ships it. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email support@drakesigil-studios.com with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will raise the appropriate fulfillment claim with Printful.

Our made-to-order merchandise support follows Printful’s published return and refund policy. Its standard coverage excludes change-of-mind returns and exchanges for a wrong size or color. Contact us promptly and wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Books purchased through Lulu

Lulu handles payment, printing and shipping for books ordered through its checkout. Lulu’s published policy does not offer routine returns for print-on-demand books and calendars.
